Safety is behaviour and managing behaviours of anyone in the organisation. Support systems are meant to further develop safety awareness and establishing a no blame culture, were reporting of near misses is continuos stimulated.

At November 3th 2003, NAM/Shell announced a new record of incident free working hours of 5 million over a period of 2 years. During this period Stork executed approximately 1 million hours related to the on- and offshore activities.
